On March 24th, 2022, Brothers from Mu Nu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. presented their third installment of the widely acclaimed Ques on the Podcast via StreamYard Productions. The podcast show included four (4) segments: (1) National Nutrition Month & Mu Nu Chapter’s Well-Prepared Program, (2) Mu Nu Chapter’s Adopt A Highway Initiative, (3) Mu Nu Chapter’s Talent Hunt Program, (4) and Mu Nu Chapter’s 2022 Mardi Gras event.
Mu Nu Chapter Social Action Chairman, Bro. Jason Miller (2018-Mu Nu) moderated each of the four podcast segments. During the first podcast segment, Mu Nu Chapter Health & Wellness Chairman, Bro. Timothy Woods (2018-Mu Nu) shared with podcast listeners information on National Nutrition Month and provided some key dietary guidelines for podcast listeners to follow in order to live a healthier lifestyle. Bro. Timothy Woods also provided an overview of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. IHQ initiative Well Prepared Program (A program to fight child obesity) and how Mu Nu Chapter is going to implement the program at Whetstone Elementary School located in Montgomery County, MD.
During the second podcast segment, Bro. Timothy Woods shared information on Mu Nu Chapter’s Adopt A Highway initiative and how the program will support keeping roads in Montgomery County, MD litter-free.
During the third podcast segment, Mu Nu Vice Basileus, Bro. Dr. Lorenzo Prillman (2013-Mu Nu) provided podcast listeners with information regarding Mu Nu Chapter’s 2022 Talent Hunt Program and what high school student podcast listeners could do to participate in the program.
During the fourth and final podcast segment, Bro. Dr. Lorenzo Prillman shared with podcast listeners information regarding scholarship funds raised from Mu Nu Chapter’s March 11, 2022, Mardi Gras fundraiser and gave a special thanks to Mu Nu Chapter’s Mardi Gras Chairman, Bro. Alejandro Gonzalez (2018-Mu Nu) for a successful fundraiser.
